Mount St Helens and Oregon Coast

On the first day of the holiday we popped up to Mount St Helens in Washington. It is an amazing place, with the blast zone still virtually devoid of vegetation. We then spent the next few days on the Oregon coast. This was Adam's first real experience of the beach - he loved it.
